Wade’s Mill Whole Wheat Bread Flour is stoneground from non-GMO hard red winter wheat, with most of the oil-rich, protein and fiber packed germ, endosperm and bran retained after sifting.  It’s perfect for adding more nutrition and a more assertive, nutty wheat flavor to your yeast breads and pizza dough.

We offer two provenances of wheat:  Montana (14% protein content) and Virginia Grown Heritage Turkey Red (12.5% protein content)
