Product and merchandise orders will ship by UPS Ground service within 48-72 hours of receipt. Delivery must be to a valid street address, as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. We ship only to the Continental United States.
Gift cards will be sent through the U.S. Postal Service.
Shipping charges will be calculated automatically based on the items in your shopping cart and your chosen shipping method. A $2.50 handling fee will be applied to all orders.
Once your order is processed, UPS will send order tracking details to the email address associated with your order.
As Wade’s Mill products are free of additives and preservatives, we recommend you refrigerate or freeze your purchase upon receipt.
5.34% sales tax will be added to orders to a Virginia delivery address. Sales tax does not apply to orders to a non-Virginia delivery address.

If a product’s packaging has been damaged in shipping, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or 540-348-1400 within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.
If you are not happy with the quality of your Wade’s Mill product, please contact email@example.com or phone 540-348-1400 within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer a replacement.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds once an order has been milled and fulfilled.
