Product and merchandise orders will ship by UPS Ground service within 48-72 hours of receipt, unless otherwise noted on the front page of the Online Shop. Delivery must be to a valid street address, as UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. We ship only to the Continental United States.
Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the items in your shopping cart by a real-time UPS rate calculator. A $3.00 handling fee is included in the total shipping charge shown.
UPS Ground provides a guaranteed day-definite delivery service. When UPS picks up your order from the Mill, you will recevie an automated email from UPS with a tracking ID and delivery date. If you want to add delivery instructions, reroute or reschedule your delivery, receive estimated and confirmed delivery windows, and/or receive real-time deliveryupdates, you can visit UPS My Choice for Home.
UPS Ground’s estimated delivery times from day of shipment are:
- Virginia and the Washington, DC greater metropolitan area: 1 day
- Other locations in the Southeast: 2 days
- Northeast, Midwest, Northwest and Southwest: 3-5 days
PLEASE NOTE: Effective March 26, 2020 and until further notice, UPS has suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination.
As Wade’s Mill products are free of additives and preservatives, we recommend you refrigerate or freeze your purchase upon receipt.
2.5% sales tax will be added to food product orders sent to a Virginia delivery address. 5.34% sales tax will be added to non-food product orders sent to a Virginia delivery address. Sales tax does not apply to orders sent to a non-Virginia delivery address.

If a product’s packaging has been damaged in shipping, please contact email@example.com or 540-348-1400 within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.
If you are not happy with the quality of your Wade’s Mill product, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or phone 540-348-1400 within 7 days of receipt and we will be happy to offer a replacement.
We regret that we cannot offer refunds once an order has been shipped.
