We love a shot of it on vanilla ice cream, drizzle it on sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts before oven roasting and use it as a glaze for pork, salmon and pan seared asparagus.
Drizzle on pecan halves, add a bit of sea salt, stir and roast at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes for a versatile treat. They are great added to salads or oatmeal, as a quick snack with red grapes and cheese and are the stars of a charcuterie board.
