Watermelon Rind Pickles have a unique sweet, sour, spicy flavor, a bit like chutney, with the consistency of a medium ripe pear and some remanants of watermelon flesh. Serve as part of an appetizer or picnic spread or just enjoy on its own as a sweet snack.
