Fresh From the Garden
Date: 8/9
Description: The obvious choice in August is food from the garden. I’m counting on the largess of Jim’s garden and the Staunton Farm Market. We will start with Roasted Tomato Soup and herbed focaccia and, next we will make a Three-Layer Vegetable Terrine with a Tomato Coulis and conclude with a delectable Fresh Berry Gratin.

Classes will begin at 10 AM and the luncheons will begin at 12:30 PM.

The fee for lunch only is $15.00 and for lunch and cooking class is $30.00.

Wade’s Mill Visitors Hours
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday: 1 to 5 PM. We are open April 2nd through December 20th in 2008. Please note: We are closed on Sundays during June, July and August. and we will be closed on the fourth of July and Thanksgiving Day.
